Thank you for your interest in being part of Operation Pumpkin. Vendor applications for the 2026 festival are now closed and our committee is currently reviewing submissions.

We are excited by the incredible response from local artisans, makers, specialty food vendors and food trucks who want to be part of this year’s event.

Vendor Selection Process

Our team is currently reviewing applications to help create a diverse, high-quality vendor experience for festival guests. Selected vendors will be notified directly and spaces will continue to be confirmed as deposits are received.

Please note:

• Vendor participation is not guaranteed until acceptance is confirmed and deposits are paid.
• Vendor listings on this page will be updated on a rolling basis as confirmations are finalized.
• We appreciate your patience during the review and approval process.
