Creative Artisan Vendors Wanted

The Operation Pumpkin committee is seeking artisans that are interested in providing patrons a unique, creative, and artistic selection of products during the 2024 Operation Pumpkin festival. The Operation Pumpkin committee will selectively curate the event to include the top local artisans in areas such as: specialized jewelry, distinctive artwork, vintage clothing, antique and re-purposed furniture, and assorted crafts/products.

Preference will be given to artisans who are able to attend all 3 days of the festival (Oct. 11-13, 2024). However, space is provided on the application to note if you are only available for certain days.

Note: No “Direct Sales” vendors will be selected. Artisans must sell handcrafted/homemade/local products.  

Applications will be accepted until all vendor spaces are filled.

All applicants will be notified once final vendor decisions are made. Please do not email or call prior to the announcement in early to mid-summer 2024. We thank you for your patience as we select from so many high quality artisans!

*** NEW FEE STRUCTURE FOR 2024:

• Art / craft vendors:
• 10’x10’ space - $300
• 10’x20’ space - $600
• Each additional 5' - $150
• Local brick & mortar businesses located within the City of Hamilton will receive $50 off a 10'x10' space or $100 off a 10'x20' (or larger) space.
• If applicable, please include the name and address of your Hamilton brick & mortar business in the "Anything Else You Want Us To Know?" section of the application.

If selected, payment is expected no later than 2 weeks after vendor receives notification. Instructions for how to submit payment, as well as vendor rules & regulations and festival logistics, will be sent via email to all selected vendors.

Insurance & License Requirement, and Additional Information:

• Artisans are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, and chairs.
• Electric (enough for LED lighting only) is available for a select number of artisan vendor spaces. If you will require electric, please complete the Electric section on the vendor application.
• Artisans will be expected to obtain a vendor’s license in order to attend Operation Pumpkin.
• Ohio law requires artisans to submit applicable vendor’s licenses to the event coordinator in order to participate.
