Artisan Vendor Application

The Operation Pumpkin committee is seeking artisans that are interested in providing patrons a unique, creative, and artistic selection of products during the 2022 Operation Pumpkin festival. The Operation Pumpkin committee will selectively curate the event to include the top local artisans in areas such as: specialized jewelry, distinctive artwork, vintage clothing, antique and re-purposed furniture, and assorted crafts / products.


Preference will be given to artisans who are able to attend all 3 days of the festival (Oct. 7 -9, 2022); however, space is provided on the application to note if you are only available for certain days.


Note: No “Direct Sales” vendors will be selected 


Applications will be accepted until June 30, 2022 or until all vendor spaces are filled.

All applicants will be notified once final vendor decisions are made. Please do not email or call prior to the announcement in early July. We thank you for your patience as we select from so many high quality artisans!


Fee Structure, License Requirement, & Additional Information:

  • $200 one time event fee for 10’x10’ space.

  • $300 one time event fee for 10’x20’ space.

  • If selected, payment is expected no later than 2 weeks after vendor receives notification. At that time, instructions for how to submit payment, as well as vendor rules & regulations and festival logistics, will be sent via email to participating artisans.

  • Artisans are responsible for providing their own tent(s), table, and chairs.

  • Electric (enough for LED lighting only) is available for a select number of artisan vendor spaces. If you will require electric, please complete the Electric section on the vendor application.

  • Artisans will be expected to obtain a vendor’s license in order to attend Operation Pumpkin.

  • Ohio law requires artisans to submit applicable vendor’s licenses to the event coordinator in order to participate.


If selected, the artisan will be emailed instructions on how to pay the applicable fee, as well as vendor rules & regulations, and festival logistics.
