The 5th Annual Operation Pumpkin Festival

October 7th, 8th and 9th, 2016. –  Food vendor applications are open through June 10th.

The Operation Pumpkin Festival draws over 30,000 attendees. The food vendor booths will be lined along the historic downtown of High Street.

Operation Pumpkin Vendor Application must be completed in full and all materials submitted together* or the committee will not consider the application.

Disclaimer - We do not provide any materials, equipment or services other than "Electric Access and Water Access" (if needed) plus your designated space. Exhibitors must provide their own extension cords, tables, chairs, hoses, tents, etc.

If accepted, your submission of an application is a commitment to participate in the 2016 Operation Pumpkin Festival, an outdoor venue. The undersigned agrees that they will be open for business during the official event hours unless the Operation Pumpkin committee officially closes the event.

Operation Pumpkin will not be held liable for any loss or damages to undersigned's property during the event. The undersigned also authorizes the use of images sent in any accompanying email*.
